The project involves the design and construction of a new 4-way interchange on the Southern Expressway at Majors Road. With new on/off ramps and widening of Majors Road from the Southern Expressway to Lonsdale Highway / Ocean Boulevard (to provide two through lanes in both directions), the new interchange will improve access and support economic activity in Adelaide’s southern commercial and industrial areas, and facilitate tourist travel on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
