The Payneham Memorial Swimming Centre Redevelopment involves the redevelopment of the existing swimming pool facility to create a world-class Aquatic Centre to meet the growing needs of the community for many generations to come. This $60 million investment will see a brand new state-of-the-art Aquatic Centre that includes a 10 lane 50m outdoor pool, 2 indoor pools (learn to swim pool and 25m pool), 14m high water slide and outdoor splash play area. The swimming facilities are complimented by new change rooms, a multi-purpose meeting room, kiosk, and ample outdoor area.
